Jake Carver writes country songs the way his father taught him to build: by hand, slow, and made to last. Small-town love, hard goodbyes, and the things that hold when everything else breaks.
He is 29, a carpenter from a small town in the American South. The love of his life left for the city; he stayed, with a half-finished porch swing he'd been building for her. The first songs came from that. His debut album is Sawdust & Sundays.
